El FRENTE DE ORGANIZACIONES POPULARES DE DEFENSA Y DESARROLLO DE CARABAYLLO (FOPODDEC) convoca al pueblo de Carabayllo a la Asamblea Distrítal y Acto Cultural.

Alli se informará sobre los acontecimientos que vienen sucediendo después de la Gran Marcha Popular realizada el 10 de Diciembre 2009 , exigiendo salud digna para Carabayllo.

Han pasado mas 30 días de la histórica Marcha realizada al Ministerio de Salud, donde por la acción directa del pueblo logramos que las autoridades de Salud asumieran el compromiso de:

• Reubicacíón inmediata de la Posta Médica El Progreso, a un local más amplio y donde nuestros vecinos sean atendidos dignamente.
• Inmediata solución a los entrampamientos legales que impiden la construcción total del C.S. El Progreso, además investigación y sanción de los responsables que se robaron la plata de la obra; la misma que está abandonada y en ruinas.
• Construcción total del Centro de Salud Luis Enrique del IV Sector.
• Instalación de la Mesa de Trabajo para tratar los mas álgidos problemas de salud de nuestro distrito; lo que implica seguimiento de: la reubicación y construcción del C.S. El Progreso y Luís Enrique, la contaminación del Valle Chillón y el inicio de la gestión del Hospital General y Geriátrico de Carabayllo.
